The acclaimed duo Aquilo makes a stunning return with their latest project, a double album with two distinct parts: "A
Quiet Invitation To A Hard Conversation" releasing on August 9, 2024, and "You Should Get Some Sleep," set for
release on December 6th, 2024. This release marks a new chapter for Aquilo, featuring 16 tracks born from

collaborative sessions in Nashville and produced by Eliot James.

For the first time, Aquilo worked extensively with a producer in a professional studio, moving beyond their previous
remote and home-based recording methods. This experience has expanded Aquilo's sound, introducing an

innovative production style.

The double album delves into themes of growing up, experiencing loss, navigating relationships, and finding love.
Each track offers a unique interpretation, allowing listeners to find personal meaning in the music.
Tom Higham and Ben Fletcher of Aquilo explain, "Three years ago, we released our last album. We weren't planning
on taking so long for this one, but living life and finding inspiration was necessary for creating something honest. Our
journey included Tom's struggle with his voice, collaborative work with other artists, and the inspiring atmosphere of
Nashville. This process reminded us to enjoy making music and not worry about perceptions."
Aquilo's new work reflects their evolution as artists and individuals. The songs serve as love letters to their younger
selves and heartfelt messages to friends. The albums promise to resonate deeply with fans, offering a musical

experience that is both intimate and expansive.

"A Quiet Invitation To A Hard Conversation" will be available on all platforms on August 9, 2024 and "You Should Get

Some Sleep" will follow on December 6th, 2024.
